Terms of Service

By using the burak website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Prices

Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds and do not include shipping costs unless explicitly stated.
We may change prices and product availability at any time without prior notice. Orders confirmed before a change are not affected.

Order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We may decline or cancel any order — for a pricing error, a stock issue, or a suspected fraudulent order — and we refund in full if payment was already taken.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available across Egypt. Please have the full amount ready, as couriers may not carry change.

If a courier attempts delivery twice and the order isn't received, we cancel it. The shipping cost may be charged on a future order.

Product details

Colours may vary slightly from the photos depending on your screen. This is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Measurements are approximate, within a margin of ±3 cm, due to the nature of cotton finishing.
If a product goes out of stock after an order is confirmed, we contact you to choose an alternative or issue a full refund.
