Woven through three homelands
Burak began more than 45 years ago in Aleppo, a city whose weaving workshops supplied the finest cotton textiles across the region. The family learned the craft the slow way: choosing long-staple cotton by hand, setting the looms, and finishing every piece with the kind of attention that cannot be rushed.
From Aleppo, the work moved to Turkey, where the family refined its techniques among some of the most demanding towel and bathrobe makers in the world. There, the brand took on its signature balance: dense, absorbent pile with a soft, almost weightless hand.
Today Burak lives in Egypt. Our own factory in 10th of Ramadan City weaves, dyes, cuts and finishes every towel, bathrobe and bedspread we sell. Nothing is outsourced. The second and third generations of the family run production side by side, and the same people who built the brand still inspect the pieces before they leave the floor.
