Shipping Policy

We ship to every governorate in Egypt through licensed courier partners, and we confirm every order on WhatsApp before it's sent out.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed after 4 PM, or on Fridays and official holidays, are processed the following business day.

Delivery time

3 to 5 business days, starting from order confirmation — not from the moment the order is placed online.

Shipping rates

Flat rate of EGP 100 to every governorate in Egypt.

Free shipping

Free shipping on orders of EGP 1,750 and above, to every governorate.

Cash on delivery

Available in every governorate. We call to confirm your order and address before shipping. If we can't reach you after two attempts, the order is cancelled.

Order tracking

We send you the tracking (waybill) number on WhatsApp as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. You can track it on the courier's website or ask us directly.

On delivery

Inspect the parcel before signing. If the box is damaged or already opened, don't accept it and let us know right away.
You have the right to open and inspect the order in front of the courier before paying.
If the order arrives incomplete or incorrect, let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
